Ex-Salesforce, former Chief of Staff. I work with mostly SMB CEOs and Founders to strategize through various types of transformations (growth, early stage fundraising, clarity of message). I operationalize strategy with accountability and best practices, spin up key initiatives, and do this at a fractional basis to allow me to help more companies at a lower cost point to them - if we're being honest, startups shouldn't need a ton of FTEs anyhow.
I have a passion for guiding and advising startups and have done so casually for years, starting with advising through Salesforce's various partner accelerator programs, as well as advising for several years now with Alchemist Accelerator.
Starting The Majority Collective with my co-founder Kanika Chander is the first step in the direction of providing valuable services and guidance to founders.

Technology attorney by trade; strategist, confidante, and hype woman by nature. I work with companies of all sizes, but my sweet spot is early revenue businesses that are just starting to wrap process around chaos.
I left Big Tech because I believe that work should feel like a privilege that’s focused more on relationships than on buzzwords and burnout. I found that privilege as I built Cloudbreak Legal, a firm through which I offer fractional general counsel services. I also found that for early stage ventures, being able to access high quality fractional resources across disciplines could be a huge unlock. And it doesn’t hurt if those fractional professionals share your values.
